Tyrrell County School's Curriculum and Instruction Department supports our schools in the implementation of the district's curriculum plan. Our goal is to use continuous improvement to ensure that all of our students experience a rigorous learning environment by:
 
  • Providing the appropriate instructional resources
  • Participating in content specific professional development opportunities
  • Establishing instructional expectations that will prepare every student to be ready for college and career opportunities
 
Additionally, we strive to to maintain effective partnerships for building capacity in schools to improve teaching and learning.
