Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Support When You Need It
 

Tyrrell County Schools is proud to offer a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through our partnership with McLaughlin Young (MYgroup). This valuable benefit is available to all full-time and part-time employees, as well as their household members.

What’s Included:

  • Up to 3 free sessions per issue, per person

  • Sessions available via local in-person counseling, phone, or secure video

  • Confidential support for a wide range of personal or professional concerns

  • Free legal and financial consultations also available

Eligibility Notes:

  • Sessions for minors under 18 must be scheduled by a parent or guardian (TCS employee)

  • Individuals over 18 must schedule their own appointments

Privacy is a priority. No one from Tyrrell County Schools will be informed if or when you use EAP services. All services are completely confidential.
